During your visit, we’ll:

What’s Not Included?
A Medicare Annual Wellness Visit is not the same as a routine physical exam. It doesn't include lab work, treatment for specific conditions, or hands-on procedures. Those can be scheduled separately or added, depending on your needs and coverage.
Am I Eligible?
You're eligible if:
• You have Medicare Part B
• You’ve been enrolled for more than 12 months
• You haven’t had an Annual Wellness Visit in the past 12 months
If you’re newly enrolled, you may qualify for a Welcome to Medicare visit instead — we’ll guide you through the difference.
